Los Feliz is one of the last of the old, grand neighborhoods of Los Angeles that has retained its integrity. It lies north of Franklin Avenue to Griffith Park; and from Canyon Drive on the west to the Mulholland Fountain on the east. Los Feliz Boulevard is lined with majestic deodar cedars and pines, which are protected city monuments. Freeway access is handy, as Los Feliz lies between the Hollywood (101) and Golden State (5) freeways, only 1/4 mile from the Los Feliz offramp of the 5 freeway.
